All products sold by AURA Jewellery are artificial imitation jewellery made from 18K gold-plated stainless steel. Our jewellery is designed to be anti-tarnish and anti-allergic/hypoallergenic for comfortable everyday wear. These products are fashion jewellery and should not be considered solid gold, fine jewellery, or precious metal jewellery. Proper care is recommended to maintain their shine and durability.
Orders
Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email/SMS.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:
- Product unavailability
- Pricing errors
- Fraudulent transactions
- Incomplete customer information
If your order is canceled after payment, a full refund will be issued.
Payments
We accept payments through secure payment gateways including:

- Debit Cards
- Credit Cards
- Net Banking
- Wallets
- Cash on Delivery (if available)
We do not store your payment information.

Cash on Delivery Policy
At AURA'S Jewellery, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for selected locations across India to make shopping more convenient for our customers.
COD service is available only for eligible pin codes in India.
Availability of COD will be shown during checkout.
A nominal COD fee of ₹99 may apply to COD orders.
(You can modify/remove this based on your business preference.)
All COD orders may require confirmation via:
- SMS
- Phone call
Failure to confirm the order may result in cancellation.
- COD orders will be processed only after successful confirmation.
- Delivery timelines remain the same as mentioned in our Shipping Policy.
If a customer refuses to accept a COD order without a valid reason:
- Future COD orders may be restricted
- The customer may be required to place prepaid orders only
- COD orders are subject to our standard Return & Refund Policy.
Refunds for COD orders will be processed via:
- Bank transfer
- UPI
- Wallet
Cash refunds are not available.
AURA Jewellery reserves the right to:
- Disable COD for high-value orders
- Restrict COD service for certain locations
- Reject suspicious or fraudulent COD orders
Cancellation Policy
At AURA Jewellery, we strive to process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. Please review our cancellation policy below.
Order Cancellation by Customer
- Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped.
- You can cancel the order from the order confirmed history.
- OR, email us at customersupport@aurajewellerys.com
- Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Refund for Canceled Orders
- If your cancellation request is approved before shipment, a full refund will be processed.
- Refunds are usually credited within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, no refund is applicable unless payment was made in advance.
Cancellation by AURA'S Jewellery
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:
- Product unavailability
- Incorrect pricing
- Suspected fraudulent transactions
- Incomplete or incorrect shipping information
- Unforeseen operational issues
If we cancel your order after payment is received, a full refund will be issued.
Failed Delivery
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or repeated failed delivery attempts, the order may be canceled and refunded after deducting applicable shipping charges.
