Return and Refund Policy


At AURA'S Jewellery, customer satisfaction is important to us. We aim to provide high-quality jewellery products, and if you face any issues with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product has a manufacturing defect
  • The product is missing from your order

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Customers must provide an unboxing video/photos as proof.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and product safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Earrings/Rings/Earcuffs
  • Personalized/customized jewellery
  • Products purchased during sale/clearance events
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Email us at customersupport@aurajewellerys.com
  • Share your order number
  • Provide product images/videos
  • Mention the reason for return
  • Select return option from the order history

Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.

Reverse Pickup

If your return request is approved:

We may arrange a reverse pickup depending on your location

OR, You may be asked to ship the product to our return address.

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refund amount will be credited to your original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery orders:

  • Refunds may be issued via bank transfer, UPI, or Wallet

Exchange Policy

We currently offer exchanges only for:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged product received
  • Size issues (if applicable)

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.

Once shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the stated timeline:
